CZECH MASTERS WELCOMES RYDER CUP HERO IAN POULTER

Czech fans can look forward to another star of world golf. The eighth year of the D+D REAL Czech Masters will see the arrival of English professional Ian Poulter at Albatross in August. This will be the first time that he will present himself to the spectators at the only Czech tournament on the DP World Tour.

The 46-year-old Poulter has won three tournaments on the PGA Tour and twelve on the DP World Tour, two of which were World Golf Championships events. However, he has made his name most notably during Ryder Cup events.

In these, he was an indispensable part of the successful European selection on several occasions, having enjoyed five victories in the prestigious event against the United States. He was on the losing side only twice.

“We are happy to be able to offer Czech golf fans another star of world golf. Ian Poulter is one of the most popular players of his generation and we can’t wait to welcome him at Albatross in August,” said Petr Dědek, CEO of the Relmost promotion company.

The eighth year of the tournament will be held again at Albatross from 18th to 21st August. It will be broadcast live by the Golf Channel and CT Sport. Members of the Czech Golf Federation will have free entry again.
